Kutlesa as the “controller” within the meaning of Article 4 number 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, also known as the “General Data Protection Regulation” (“GDPR”).

3.1  The Personal Data about you that we collect and use includes the following:

(b)  Your contact information such as address, email address and telephone number;

(c)  Your payment details / financial data i.e. your bank name, account number and sort code should we need to make payments to you;

(d)  When browsing our site, your IP address, your browser type and language;

(e)  Information from accounts you link to us (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram);

(f)  Information related to your attendance of, and interest in, exhibition events, dinners and art fairs;

(g)  Information about you that you give us in person at our events and art fairs, by filling in forms on our site www.kutlesagallery.com (e.g. the contact us section or to sign up to our mailing list) or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise;

(h)  Information in relation to your purchase of our art work or use of our services.

4.1. We collect most of this Personal Data directly from you – in person, by email, telephone and via our website e.g. when you contact us with a query, make a purchase, or ask that you are added to our mailing list. However we may also collect Personal Data from cookies on our website (see 'Cookies' below), from social media accounts you link to us e.g. Facebook, Twitter or Instagram and from articles or other information which has been published about you in the media.

 

5.  What we do with the information we gather

5.1  We use your information to:

(a)  Provide you with information about our art work and services;

(b)  Keep you informed about art work, artists and events that we think you may find interesting;

(c)  Carry out our obligations arising from any agreements entered into between you and us;

(d)  General communication with you in the course of transacting with us;

(e)  Administer our site and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes];

11.1  We will only keep the information we collect about you for as long as required for the purposes set out above or as required to comply with any legal obligations to which we are subject. This will involve us periodically reviewing our files to check that information is accurate, up-to-date and still required.

 

11.2  Where we are permitted to send you direct marketing communications we may retain your contact information necessary for this purpose, for as long as you do not unsubscribe from receiving the same from us.
